    Get personalized coaching to identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop skills to help you thrive in all areas of life. Coaching services are for people in active recovery and are ready to take their personal growth to the next level.

  • Courses + Groups

    Choose from a variety of self-paced online courses tailored to your learning objectives and mental health goals. Groups combine online learning, 1:1 private coaching, group sessions, and a supportive community of people who get it.

Why “SWELL?”

Surfing perfectly captures my approach to mental health and healing. I've always been drawn to the calm power of the ocean because it has this incredible way of making my problems feel smaller - putting life into perspective in a way that nothing else can.

We have to watch the waves, respect the power of nature, and accept that we're not always in control. But we can learn how to surf the ups and downs of whatever comes our way.

An ocean swell is the long, rolling motion of waves that have traveled beyond their generating storm. It's what helps create the best waves for surfing.

As a metaphor, swell represents so much of what we experience in life and therapy: the overwhelming forces we face, life's natural fluctuations, the deep creative processes of healing, and our journey into the unknown. Swell symbolizes both the chaos we sometimes feel and the hope that carries us forward.

Just like learning to read and ride the ocean's swells, taking care of our mental health is about learning to navigate life's waves with greater skill, balance, and grace - honoring both the power of what we're facing and our own resilience in riding it through.
